Accounts Manager - US IT Recruitment

Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Account or a portfolio of Accounts for defined countries or service lines within IT recruitment and Staffing practice. The Account Manager builds and manages key client relationships; and is responsible for top-line and bottom-line performance of the portfolio.

                Desired Profile:-

v  Min 10-12 years experience in US IT Recruitment.

v  Experience updating and maintaining candidate tracking systems and reports. Ability to multi-task, managing various tasks at once

v  Work well under general supervision, yet be self-motivated and have the proven ability work independently 

v  Should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

v  Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

v  Must be willing to occasionally work additional hours to support the needs of the business

v  Must be capable of maintaining a high level of productivity in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

v  Should be a team player. Should be imaginative, creative, patient, attentive to details and analytical.

v  Ability to cultivate and build relationships with Clients, Consultants/Resources and co-workers

v  Should be strong in follow ups and Negotiation skills. Consultative in nature. Personable and approachable

v  Polite, friendly and diplomatic manner.

v  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

v  Good negotiation skills, Leadership skills.

v  The ability to prioritise and manage several different tasks at once.

v  Any bachelor's degree (MBA degree in HR (recruitment) is a plus)

 

 

Responsibilities:-

v  Working on End to End recruitment process. Should meet targets on a monthly basis

v  Proven track record in effectively clearing bench. At any given point we will be having a healthy bench

v  Foster long-term relationships with candidates.

v  Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants.

v  Must be a self starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective consultants and get them on board through networking & cold calling

v  Must Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards and submitting the same to Team Leader.

v  Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.

v  Good Knowledge on US recruiting and US Tax terms like Corp to Corp, W2 and 1099. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools

v  Must demonstrate high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.

v  Must work as per US timings/Night Shift by coming to our Hyderabad office

v  Go through the resume you are going to market. Make sure you are know every part of resume and skills they had used in the projects.

v  Post the resumes in the job portals, Keep updating the resumes on daily basis.

v  Search for the matching requirements in portals, internet and with your vendors. 

v  Submit to the best matching requirement and try to get interviews for your consultant. 

v  Make the preliminary Paper work to prohibit the H1B transfers.

v  Try to get the best rates for their respective consultants. Place the consultant in best projects.

v  Discuss the interview schedules with your consultants and be in touch with vendors or clients you work with.

v  Preliminary Paper work: Which is done before interview schedule for the consultants.

v  Account Planning: building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
