Digital Markeing Manager

Job Description :


· Build PamTen’s digital marketing strategy, roadmap including budgets

· Oversee, Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency

· Improving the user experience on the company’s website(Includes design, content, and usability)

· Measure ROI and KPIs

· Manage, Measure and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

· Formulate SEO, PPC, CPC, Social Media, Email and Display advertising strategy for websites owned by PamTen and manage the execution of such strategy from start to finish.

· Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

· Liaise with Product, Design and Sales Heads to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies

· Manage and Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals

· Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

· Strong understanding of brand adherence and ability to establish processes towards an on-brand approach across the organization.

· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technology developments and best practices

· Participate (speaking engagements, sponsorships, networking, display booths) in industry conferences and Meet-ups for effective networking and brand promotion of our products

· Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement



· 8 to 12 years of proven work experience in Digital marketing of which last 4 years in managerial role handling teams

· Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

· Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

· Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, experience with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.)

· Knowledge of UI/UX, HTML, CSS and web design procedures

· Excellent analytical and project management skills

· Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

· High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word



· Postgraduate in Marketing.

· Holding Certifications in Digital Marketing and technologies like Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Hub spot, and OMCA will be an added advantage.
