Job Description :

Community and Program Coordinator:

SheTek, an initiative of PamTen, Inc., is seeking an experienced creative, tech-savvy and strategic community coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be involved in various activities such as communications, marketing, social media, event and program planning.

 

Program Management:

·         Market research for new business development.

·         Database management of SheTek partners.

·         Develop SheTek Community.

·         Build partner engagement.

·         Coordinate programs including grants, apprenticeships, partnerships with universities, corporations, non-profit organizations.

 

Community Management:

·         Manage the social media world of SheTek.

·         Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.

·         Assist with defining our social brand as part of our strategy to fill the gap of women in technology.

·         Actively search for engaging, user generated content to re-post and circulate on our own social channels.

·         Understand the changing landscape of social platforms, and actively advise the team on how our responses and engagements should reflect these changes.

·         Build strong lasting relationships within the SheTek Community.

·         Moderate posts, comments, messages and spam.

·         Write and respond to conversations daily to engage the Community.

·         Analyze and track analytics.

·         Recruit members to Community.

 

Marketing/Communications:

·         Create marketing materials/presentations.

·         Event planning.

·         Manage Advisory Board meeting logistics (Agenda, meeting notes, follow-up action items).

 

 

 

Requirements:

·         Degree in Marketing or related field.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and client requests simultaneously.

·         Proven track record of building and managing an online community.

·         Experience managing day-to-day social media activities.

·         Demonstrated excellent social media judgement (e.g., knowing what to tweet and when to tweet it).

·         Demonstrated knowledge with optimizing content on specific social media platforms to drive engagement.

·         Excellent time management, organization and customer service skills.

·         Creative problem-solving skills.
